Dr. Julianna M. Asperin BarnesJulianna M. Asperin Barnes has been named the new chancellor for the South Orange County Community College District. Barnes served as president of Cuyamaca College. She earned a bachelor’s degree in sociology from the University of California, San Diego, as well as a master’s in education/multicultural counseling and a Doctor of Education in educational leadership, both from San Diego State University.
