Legal bills from Niagara County Community College suggest federal investigators are now examining two of its satellite organizations.
Detailed lists included in the records reference conversation concerning a “response to subpoenas to” the College Association of Niagara County Community College and the NCCC Foundation.
The only publicized legal request from the U.S. Attorneys office to the college was a demand sent to the school’s former president in February.
