Corning Community College will lower tuition for Pennsylvania students on campus

SUNY Corning Community College hopes to entice more Pennsylvania students to campus by offering them a tuition break.

The college’s regional board of trustees this week approved a plan that would enable Keystone State students who live on campus to earn an associate’s degree for the same cost as New York state students.
