Connecticut Leaders Press Merger Plan, Despite Rejection

Despite sharp opposition from some faculty and calls for his resignation, Connecticut State Colleges and Universities President Mark Ojakian said Thursday he will move forward with plans to merge the state’s 12 community colleges, though exactly what shape that will take is unclear.
