MARSHALL — Texas State Technical College has become the first higher education institution in the state to offer a tuition refund for students who fail to find jobs in certain degree programs within six months of graduation.
TSTC Chancellor Michael Reeser made an announcement about the college’s new money-back guarantee program during a recent ribbon-cutting ceremony for a campus in Fort Bend County.
