The Alamo Colleges board of trustees unanimously voted late Tuesday night to remove all references to Stephen Covey and “The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People” from its leadership development policy for students and employees.
The amended policy tasks faculty and administrators with developing a single district-wide leadership program aligned with a national or global model approved by SAWorks, the employer-based board established by Mayor Ivy Taylor and Bexar County Judge Nelson Wolff.
