“The fact that I felt like knowledge is important (and) school is valuable” is what Dr. Delita Thompson-Johnson, 48, said made her go back to school to pursue a higher education.
“That’s the only way that we are going to personally advance,” she said. “For me, in order to progress and succeed in the business field or business arena, I felt like higher education would help me to do that and to help me to advance.”
