New Hampshire community college graduates who receive the Pell Grant can receive free tuition at the University of New Hampshire through Granite Guarantee-a program that was previously only open to first-year students of the four-year university.
The program begins in December and is open to graduates who transfer directly from the state’s community college system to the University of New Hampshire.
